For Modification/Cancellation  request, please remember that your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Items are shipped in separate packages for logistic reasons, so do not worry if you have not received some items in your order. They may arrive later.
